Do you have a question about a model, an order or shipping?

Do you also ship internationally?
Yes — we ship throughout the EU and beyond. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €150
How are the models packaged?
Collector-friendly – each model is individually secured, padded, and shipped in sturdy shipping cartons. The manufacturer's original packaging is always preserved.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1-3 business days within Germany. EU-wide 3-7 business days depending on the destination country
Are the models still in their original packaging?
Yes – all models are supplied unopened and in their original manufacturer's packaging. Condition: new, unused, collectible
What happens if a model arrives damaged?
Write to us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo. We will find a solution together — uncomplicated and fast -> contact us
