Shipping
Every model is individually secured, padded and shipped in a sturdy carton. The manufacturer's original packaging stays undamaged – it is part of the collectible.
Your order is usually ready to ship within 1–2 working days of payment. The delivery times below start once the parcel is handed over to DHL.

The shipping cost shown to you at checkout for your destination country and parcel weight is always the one that applies. If your country is not listed, email us at service@collectors-spot.de – we will check whether we can arrange a shipping option for you.

These times apply to models marked in stock. Models marked made to order usually take 10–14 working days. Models marked planned have not been released yet – the announced manufacturer date is shown on the product page, where you can register your interest free of charge and without obligation.
For sea freight, delivery takes approximately 6–8 weeks depending on the destination country.
Customs and import charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees may apply. These are not included in the purchase price or the shipping cost and are borne by the customer. Customs declaration and clearance must be carried out by the customer.
