Delivery is usually made within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank (in the case of advance payment) or after the contract has been concluded (in the case of purchase on account).

Customs declaration

Customs declaration and clearance for orders outside the EU to be carried out independently by the customer.

Delivery times

1.     Delivery time nationally:
The delivery time for a package is three to five business days. If an item is out of stock or not immediately available, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.

2.     Delivery time European Union (EU):
The delivery time for a package is five to eight business days. If an item is out of stock or not immediately available, this will be specifically stated on the respective product page.

3.     Delivery time International (Duty-paying countries):

Customs-paying countries outside the European Union: 10-14 working days (except for sea freight, where delivery time is approximately 6-8 weeks depending on the recipient country)
