Shipping and payment terms

Shipping conditions:

Delivery is usually made within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank (in the case of advance payment) or after the contract has been concluded (in the case of purchase on account).

If there are delivery restrictions for a product, this will be indicated in the product description.

Shipping costs:

Shipping within Germany:	6.95 €* per order
Shipping within the EU:	16.90 €* per order
Shipping to non-EU countries:	29.90 €* per order

1. Delivery time nationally:
   
   The delivery time for a package is one to two business days. If an item is out of stock or not immediately available, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.
   
   2. International delivery time:
   
   The delivery time for a package is five to seven working days. If an item is out of stock or not immediately available, this will be specifically stated on the respective product page.

Payment terms and prices:

All prices quoted are subject to change and include applicable VAT plus shipping costs. The prices listed in the current price list apply.
