At Collectors Spot, you shop with confidence. Should a model not meet your expectations, you can find all the information about returns here.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.
Conditions for a Return
The model must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The original packaging and the model must be undamaged. Limited editions can only be returned if they are factory defective or damaged.
How to Process a Return
Send us an email at service@collectors-spot.de with your order number and the reason for the return. We will get back to you within 24 hours with further instructions. After approval, you send the model back to our address in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days.
Damaged or Defective Models
Should your model arrive damaged, please photograph the damage within 48 hours of receipt and send us the photos via email. We will quickly and easily find a solution — replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
In the event of a valid withdrawal, you bear the direct return shipping costs. In the case of damaged or defective goods, we cover the return shipping costs in full.
