At Collectors Spot you buy with confidence. If a model does not meet your expectations, you will find everything you need to know about returning it here.

Statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods. You can declare your withdrawal conveniently using our withdrawal form.

Our voluntary return right: 30 days

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you a return right of 30 days from receipt of the goods. The model must be unused and the original packaging undamaged. This additional right is a voluntary service and does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Conditions for a return

The model must be returned unused and in its original packaging. Both the original packaging and the model must be undamaged. Under the voluntary return right, limited editions can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged ex works – your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

How a return works

Send us an email to service@collectors-spot.de with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions. Once approved, return the model to our address in its original packaging. After receipt and inspection we refund the purchase price within 14 days.

Damaged or faulty models

If your model arrives damaged, please photograph the damage within 48 hours of receipt and send us the photos by email. We will take care of it quickly and without red tape — replacement or full refund.

Return shipping costs

In the case of a valid withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For damaged or faulty goods we cover the return shipping costs in full.
