Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take? Within Germany 1–3 business days. Throughout the EU 3–7 business days depending on the destination country. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email after dispatch.
From what order value is shipping free? For orders over €150, we offer free shipping within Germany. Separate shipping costs apply for EU deliveries – these will be calculated at checkout.
Do you also ship internationally? Yes – we ship throughout the EU and beyond upon request. For questions about international deliveries, simply send us an email.
Packaging & Condition
How are the models packaged? Collector-friendly – each model is individually secured, padded, and shipped in sturdy shipping boxes. The original manufacturer's packaging always remains intact and undamaged.
Are the models new and in original packaging? Yes – all models are delivered unopened and in their original manufacturer's packaging. Condition: new, unused, collectible.
Orders & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept? PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, and others – all available methods will be displayed at checkout.
Can I cancel an order? As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it. Contact us immediately after placing the order at service@collectors-spot.de.
Do you offer pre-orders? We offer pre-orders for selected new releases. Sign up for our newsletter – subscribers will be the first to know.
Models & Collection
Where do your models come from? All models come directly from authorized manufacturers and distributors – Conrad, WSI Models, NZG, Pop Race, and COBI. No fakes, no gray imports.
Are limited models re-released? Generally no – limited editions are not re-produced. Once sold out, they are usually only available on the secondary market. Newsletter subscribers are informed first.
You don't have a model in stock – can I order it? Contact us – we will check if we can procure it. We know our manufacturers well and are happy to help.
Returns & Complaints
How does a return work? Contact us within 30 days of receipt at service@collectors-spot.de with your order number. Further information can be found on our [Returns & Refunds] page.
What should I do if my model arrives damaged? Photograph the damage within 48 hours of receipt and send us the photos via email. We will find a straightforward solution – replacement or refund.
