Shipping & delivery

How long does delivery take? Within Germany 2–4 working days, within the EU 4–8 working days depending on the destination. To Switzerland, the United Kingdom and all other countries 10–14 working days plus customs clearance. You automatically receive a tracking number by email once your parcel ships. When is shipping free? From an order value of €150 we ship free of charge – within Germany. All other countries are charged weight-based shipping with no free-shipping threshold; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you order. The full tables are on our Shipping & payment page.

Do you ship abroad? Yes – throughout the EU, to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and to the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and Singapore among others. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply and are borne by you as the customer. If your country cannot be selected, write to us – we will check whether we can arrange a shipping option.

Packaging & condition

How are the models packed? Collector-grade — every model is individually secured, padded and shipped in sturdy cartons. The manufacturer's original packaging always stays intact and undamaged.

Are the models new and in original packaging? Yes — all models are delivered unopened in the manufacturer's original packaging. Condition: new, unused, collector-grade.

Orders & payment

Which payment methods do you accept? PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay and more — all available methods are shown at checkout.

Can I cancel an order? As long as the order has not shipped, we can cancel it. Write to us straight after ordering at service@collectors-spot.de.

Can I pre-order an announced model? We deliberately do not offer paid pre-orders – you should not pay before a model is actually available. Instead, under Models in planning you will find announced releases where you can register your interest free of charge and without obligation. As soon as the model arrives we notify you – and you buy it in the normal way.

Models & collecting

Where do your models come from? All models come directly from authorised manufacturers and distributors — Conrad, WSI Models, NZG, Pop Race and COBI. No fakes, no grey imports.

Do limited models come back? As a rule no — limited editions are not reproduced. Once sold out they are usually only available on the secondary market. Newsletter subscribers are informed first.

You don't stock a model — can I order it? Write to us — we will check whether we can source it. We know our manufacturers well and are happy to help.

Returns & complaints

How long do I have to return an item? In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we voluntarily grant you a 30-day return right from receipt. The model must be unused and the original packaging undamaged.

How does a return work? Write to us within 30 days of receipt at service@collectors-spot.de quoting your order number. More information is on our Returns page.

What if my model arrives damaged? Photograph the damage within 48 hours of receipt and send us the photos by email. We will find a straightforward solution — replacement or refund.
