Models in planning – how the pre-registration system works

Manufacturers such as Conrad, WSI, and NZG announce their models long before they are delivered – often six months, sometimes longer. On this page, you can see which of these announcements we are considering for our product range and express your interest.

What a pre-registration is – and what it is not

A pre-registration is a non-binding expression of interest. It is not an order: there is no purchase contract, no obligation to buy, and no payment involved. You are simply indicating that this model is of interest to you.

The result: The more collectors register for an announced model, the more likely we are to add it to our range. As soon as it becomes available, you will receive an email – and you can then decide at your leisure whether to place an order.

Why we do it this way

Many special models are produced in small quantities. Those who only find out about them when they are released are often too late for popular versions. At the same time, we do not want to tie anyone down to a payment months in advance for a model whose delivery date may still be postponed by the manufacturer. Pre-registration solves both: you are informed without being committed.

How to recognize these models here

These are primarily announced new releases and limited-edition custom liveries – the type of models that later end up in the Limited Editions & Special Models section. As elsewhere, the item number is in the title; for announced models, it is often the only detail that has been finalized.

If you need it sooner

Items available for immediate delivery can be found under New Releases. Models that we procure specifically for you can be found under Collector Models on Request – that is the difference: there, procurement is the standard procedure; here, it is not yet certain whether or when the model will even be released.

In a nutshell

Non-binding, free of charge, and revocable at any time. You will receive a notification as soon as the model is available. You can return to the available product range via the general overview. Shipped from Germany, packaged for collectors. Not suitable for children under 14 years of age.
